Who will be helping me?
That's an easy one – me! I am the only one who will be looking at your resume/helping you with your questions. You can rest assured knowing that I will handle your request with the utmost care and diligence.
How does this whole process work?
Great question! Here's a step-by-step procedure below:
Read over my website. Learn more about my services and decide if VasaVita is the route you want to go on.
Schedule a meeting with me via my Calendly. Our first conversation is free and solely a meet and greet. Here, we will discuss how I can be of service. I will walk you through my timeline and process, and we will establish a game plan that fits your timeline.
Work time. Whether this is us scheduling a meeting for our mock interview, or me reviewing/writing your resume (or any of my other services), this is where the magic happens.
Debrief and discuss. This will look different for each service provided. For mock interviews, this will occur at the end of the interview, and I'll also email you a follow-up performance evaluation form for you to review my notes. For resumes and cover letters, this entails me sending you back my version and you letting me know your thoughts. We will not stop until you are 100% satisfied!
How do I know if you can help me?
Whether you are a high school student looking to land your first job, a college student searching for an internship or co-op, or a full-time employee looking for a new opportunity – or even just to update your resume – VasaVita can help you!
What services exactly do you provide?
My services run the gamut of the professional mentoring sector. If you need a resume built from scratch, I got you covered! If you need me to read over your resume and provide suggestions, I got you covered. If you need help with interview tips and want to simulate the interview process with me...you guessed it...I got you covered! Additionally, I offer assistance with cover letters, assembling the best LinkedIn profile, job application strategizing, and detailed mentoring!
What makes you qualified to help me?
During my time at Northeastern University, I served as a Teaching Assistant for the Professional Development class for three years, during which I reviewed resumes and conducted mock interviews for around 100 students in total. Additionally, I have helped several full-time professionals receive the career guidance they need to ace their interviews and land the job.
I am a student at heart and am always learning. I welcome any feedback and encourage you to take your time and truly evaluate if I am the right person for you – that is the purpose of the free introduction call. Even if we do not work together, I am more than happy to share any helpful resources with you. At the end of the day, I want to see you succeed! Whether it is with VasaVita or not, that is up to you, but I am rooting for you regardless!
What does VasaVita mean?
Now here's a fantastic question. At first, it might sound like a random collection of letters, but I assure you, there is a meaning behind the name. My middle name is Vasav, hence the first part of the name. The second part overlaps with Vasav a bit: "vita," in Latin, translates to "life, career, livelihood." At VasaVita, my mission is to help reshape how you see your past experiences. My goal is to allow you to realize your capabilities, and reimagine the possibilities you have. I may not change your life, but hopefully I can play a small part in definining your career path. Thus, I arrived at the name: VasaVita.
